Job description
We are WorkwithYork and we are working with our client to find a part-time Administrator to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9am and 3.30pm (flexible).
This is a temporary assignment for 6 months, and the role is based just outside York City centre. The rate of pay is £11.77 per hour.
This role involves:
- Maintaining, developing, and monitoring databases to ensure information storage is up-to-date and accurate at all times.
- Collating information in an accurate and timely manner to enable the analysis of statistical data.
- Maintaining and updating information for the public and professionals, including web-based information received via email inboxes (enquiries, equipment loans, reception and response).
- Acting as an initial point of contact for all customer enquiries/complaints by answering incoming telephone calls and responding to queries/requests for information from providers and customers.
You will have:
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Previous experience working on phones
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
- Excellent IT skills
