Chapel Farm Eggs is a Small independent family run business established in the 1980’s. We are looking for a part time administrator to help support our office team based in Normandy, Guildford.
What we can offer:
- We are offering 17.5 hours working Monday – Friday. The working hours will be 12.30 PM to 4.00 PM.
- £11.50 per Hour & company pension scheme

This is a great all round admin role and tasks will include the following:
- Answering queries on the phone and via email
- Calling to find out our customers order requirements
- Sales ledgering activities
- Creating customer invoices
- Account queries & payment chasing
- Dealing with various customer & supplier queries
- General office housekeeping
The suitable candidate will have:
-Good knowledge of email, Microsoft Word & Excel
-Confident and polite telephone manner
-Excellent attention to detail and accurate typing skills
-Fun, energetic, team player attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17.5 per week
Salary: £11.50 per hour
