Working Hours:
Full time; 5 days
Job Summary:
Credit Controller ensures all credit control related operations and processes are being performed in a timely, effective and efficient manner with evidence thereof.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Good telephone manner essential Chasing up outstanding debts via Phone/E-mail/
· Ensuring collection of all outstanding monies through managing the Credit Control team
· Liaise with all parties to resolve disputes and queries to facilitate timely payment.
· Ensure to keep accurate records of all client contact to enable understanding of disputes, categorisation of dispute and confirmation all clients contacted.
· Work closely with all departments across the division to resolve issues
· Provide cover for other members of the credit control team as and when required.
· Keep detailed credit control notes on the system and regularly send customer statements.
· Analysing the unapplied entries report daily for the company ensuring that all payments have been taken from the customers.
· Unblocking, applying credit limits, terms and conditions to customer accounts
· Issuing Sales invoices, Credit Notes, Credit application approvals, inter-company account reconciliation
· Delivering debtor reports weekly/monthly basis to the management.
· Archiving documents
· Assisting CEO and dealing with his administrative queries when required.
· Checking contracts and getting prices for the property side of the business
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Accounts or Finance
- Minimum 2 years work experience in the field
- Strong attention to detail. Ability to reconcile complex accounts.
- Methodical approach to work. Have the ability to prioritise tasks as needed, whilst remaining professional and approachable.
- Analytical and numerical skills and thorough attention to detail
- The ability to listen and negotiate with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of people, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Knowledge of MS Office, advance Excel skill
- Knowledge of Navision
- Must be able to speak & write in English and Turkish
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Enfield, EN3 7UD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
