Job description
This is a brand new role to join a company in Northampton that is looking for an Part-Time Administrator.
A varied position, you will get to cover a wide variety of administration duties and it would be an ideal role to fit in around school hours.
Support and training is provided, what they need is someone who can work well as part of a team.
What the duties entail for this role...
Reception Duties
- Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries
- Welcoming visitors (including clients, maintenance workers and others), to the office
- Using and maintaining the computerised meeting room booking system
- Providing refreshments for meetings and clearing and preparing meeting rooms
between meetings
- Operating office machines for franking post, taking card payments, scanning, and
copying documents
Administration and Secretarial Duties
- Internal communications
- Support with secretarial tasks from time to time
- Finance Administration – general support
- Assisting other team members
- Support with range of projects both short and longer term
