Polypipe Building Products are focused on delivering solutions to the residential sector. Polypipe Building Products works with national and local developers, plumbing and heating engineers, general builders and groundworkers to deliver above and below ground drainage systems, rainwater solutions as well as hot and cold plastic plumbing products.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Admin Clerk to join our company and work in the Finance team at our Broomhouse Lane site on a part time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Opening post and actioning / distributing where required.
- Electronic DN filling & naming.
- Working with Supplier templates – verifying bank details with suppliers.
- Emptying and filing Purchase Ledger mailbox.
- Support the Accounts Payable team with guidance provided.
Requirements:
- Ideally have previous admin experience.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Be structured, self-motivated, organised, and able to work to deadlines.
- Be a team player with a flexible approach and be prepared to help other areas within the department.
- IT literate.
- Previous experience with Excel.
- Positive work ethic.
Hours of work: Part Time - Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 12:45.
