Here's what you'll be doing:
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the design team across all RIBA stages 1-6. You'll be expected to work on a variety of projects, from conversions to new builds, ensuring that each proposal is tailored to the specific needs of the site.
- Collaborate with senior architects to support project design and delivery.
- Coordinate with other members of the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in preparing detailed technical drawings and plans.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep up to date with UK building regulations, planning applications, and design trends.
Here are the skills you'll need:
- RIBA Part 2 qualified.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning applications.
- Excellent design and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong technical detail skills and attention to detail.
