Your new role
Working in the Parking Enforcement Team and reporting to the Senior Parking Suspension Assistant, you will be responsible for the processing and arranging of parking suspensions; arranging quotations and answering customer queries on suspensions through all types of communication channels, for example face to face, email and telephone.
You will be partly office based and partly undertaking on street activities to effectively meet the needs of the role. The working hours will be Monday - Friday 07.00 hrs until 15.00 hrs or 09.00 hrs until 17.00 hrs finishing 30 minutes earlier on a Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have relevant experience in a similar administration or customer service role and you will have a strong customer focussed approach to work. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and excellent attention to detail with good communication skills both written and verbal.
If you have the ability to build good relationships, have a positive influence on colleagues, the ability to work accurately whilst under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines and, if you also have a full manual driving licence valid in the UK, then we would love to hear from you.
