Job Summary:
- Responsible for training all staff in Service Delivery, i.e., HGV Drivers, Loaders
- Responsible for facilitating and training in-unit staff on specific training deliverables
- To ensure ongoing training of all staff maintaining the highest operational standards
- Undertake all normal direct duties falling within Service Delivery remit as and when required
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all staff training is carried out in line with any training materials provide
- To continually overview the training requirements and to update procedures as required, or update existing procedures as requested
- To prepare and develop new training materials as and when required
- To ensure that staff are trained to the required standards to enable them to ensure an excellent service to the customer at all times.
- To accurately complete all associated paperwork, ensuring that all training is conducted appropriately recorded
- To performance assess staff against training provided as required
- To carry out duties with strict adherence to the Health & Safely Policy of the company.
- To cover the Service Delivery position as and when required or to undertake any other tasks as and when required.
- To liaise with and support Service Delivery Department as required
- To undertake airside audits as and when required.
- Upload all training documents and ensure the unit skills matrix is maintained and current.
Education
- Ideally educated to ‘A’ level / Diploma / NVQ equivalent with a full clean CAT C driving license.
- Preferably experienced in the field of customer services within the airline industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience of working & driving airside desirable, but not required.
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, Dft regulations an advantage.
- Knowledge of airport bylaws
- HGV licence Class 2
Work Experience:
- Ideally Driver Trainer experience
- Preferred Airside experience
