Job description
Westerlands are looking to appoint a full-time Care Assistant to join us to provide the best possible person-centered care. With a kind, caring and calm approach the role involves assisting with the care of residents and attending to all aspects of their care needs. Working as part of a team in a busy Care Home environment, the successful candidate will achieve the required standards and ensure that residents retain their dignity and individuality.
Potential candidates must have experience in a Care Home and ideally have or are currently studying their SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care for Adults or equivalent.
35 hours per week permanent contract. Shifts are 0745-1515 and 1430-2200
This position is a mix of 0745-1515 and 1430-2200.
The successful candidate will have full availability over 7 days and be 18 years old or over.
