Parking Services Manager (Enforcement)

We are looking for an experienced Parking Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership to Parking Services including major procedural decisions. Ensure the delivery and promotion of excellent services to the residents and businesses of Cheshire West and Chester. To liaise and cooperate with other service managers and other organisations to embrace and successfully deliver a flexible, joined-up, approach to services.
The post holder will lead on all parking enforcement related matters, develop procedures and strategic recommendations with a customer-focused ethos delivering excellent services, including the setting and achieving of standards and monitoring of performance.
The post holder will share budget management responsibility and be responsible for managing parking services in a cost-effective and financially disciplined manner acting in the best interests of the Service, Directorate and Council at all times.
A driving licence is essential for this role and you may be required to work from a range of work locations or sites across the Borough, with a flexible working approach there are also opportunities to work from home, depending on the needs of the service.
