Come and join our busy Parking Finance and Debt team where you will actively engage with local residents and visitors to the borough regarding their parking activities and debt recovery queries for Parking Services.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, resilient, and competent to be part of the Parking Service Finance and Debt Team in order to maintain and improve our excellent service.
You will be part of a small team responsible for undertaking income reconciliation, refund processing and other financial administration for all Parking related income. You will also undertake and assist with debt recovery processes relating to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and other administrative /Finance related duties appropriate to grade as required.

About You:
With knowledge of the Traffic Management Act, you should have extensive experience within a Parking Services environment, you will need excellent written and communication skills and good ICT skills. You are able to work to tight deadlines and meet standards. You can manage uncertainty, change and ambiguity positively and delivers a consistently effective and high standard Parking service, with experience in dealing with financial records and information (preferably income reconciliation), and experience of managing various tasks in a front line service capacity, with excellent quality control.
