Avaliable Job Today HR Administrator required to support the HR function, bringing an exceptional standard of organisation and efficiency to the day to day operations of HR.
- Support for the HR department
- Monitoring, payroll, time and attendance
- Issuing staff contracts
- Staff induction and training.
- Compliance with current legislation across all policies and procedures must be met.
- Manage and maintain payroll administration in preparation for weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Administering holiday booking system
- Ensuring up to date and accurate employee records are maintained on BrightHR our in house system and in hard copy files
- First point of contact for HR advice
Key Skills
- Prioritising and multitasking abilities
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving
- Good planning and organisational skills
CIPD qualified would be desirable
ISO or Accounts Knowledge would be desirable but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
