Avaliable Job Today HR Administrator required to support the HR function, bringing an exceptional standard of organisation and efficiency to the day to day operations of HR.

• Support for the HR department
• Monitoring, payroll, time and attendance
• Issuing staff contracts
• Staff induction and training.
• Compliance with current legislation across all policies and procedures must be met.
• Manage and maintain payroll administration in preparation for weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Administering holiday booking system
• Ensuring up to date and accurate employee records are maintained on BrightHR our in house system and in hard copy files
• First point of contact for HR advice

Key Skills

• Prioritising and multitasking abilities
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving
• Good planning and organisational skills

CIPD qualified would be desirable

ISO or Accounts Knowledge would be desirable but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
