Viva la Visa is an internationally renowned, Suffolk-based company working predominantly in the entertainment industry with touring musicians, but also in Fashion, TV, Film and Theatre. We provide visas and immigration documents to travellers across the globe and our ever-increasing client base includes Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Sir Elton John, Dua Lipa amongst others.
We are looking for a Suffolk based Social Media Specialist to join our small, friendly team at our HQ in Pettaugh, Suffolk. The chosen candidate will be working directly with the Director and Office Manager
Experience/background
We are a niche business – you won’t find a job quite like this elsewhere. But let’s be honest, if you have a keen interest in music or immigration, it really will enhance your suitability for the job.
This is a freelance position where remote working would be acceptable, however we would prefer someone local who is able to visit the office occasionally.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Create and curate content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkdin etc)
· Implement social media strategies in alignment with the Viva La Visa brand objectives and target audience
· Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages and enquiries
· Utilise tools to track and measure performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
· Stay up tyo date with industry trends
· Collaborate with the MD to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives
Requirements
· Proven experience as a social media specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
· In depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms and bets practices
· Proficiency n content creating, copywriting and creative thinking.
· Excellent communication and ability to adapt to meet the needs of the business.
· A genuine interest in immigration, music and visa related topics would also be a plus!
Access:
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential - there is free parking on site.
What we offer:
This is a freelance position with flexible working hours.
Occasional office visits may be required.
Hours per week are negotiable however we anticipate perhaps 1-2 days per week.
Hourly rate – negotiable
