SUPERMARKET OF DREAMS in Holland Park is looking for an ambitious FLOOR MANAGER who wants to quickly move forward their career with a view to take on the responsibility of running the store as STORE MANAGER. You must have a proven track record in a managerial role within the food retail or hospitality sector and possess a positive hands-on can-do attitude being prepared to roll up your sleeves when needed.

The role is diverse giving you exposure to all aspects of our business. You will lead by example with strong people management skills, convey a clear understanding of efficient stock control and ordering, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, maintain exceptional levels of customer service and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will be given insights into our P&L to support you in managing costs and profitability.

Salary: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
