General Practitioner for Luxury Private Wellness Clinic in Mayfair.
About You
You will be passionate about providing exceptional medical and alternative care tailored to members and clients. You will have in-depth of knowledge in alternative and holistic medicine and fasting techniques especially FX Mayr. Your role will collaborate with other clinical specialists and the medical team in order to provide unified patient care.

Responsibilities
In the role of Functional GP your key responsibilities will be to support the Medical Director in delivering a Functional approach to medicine including:
- Conduct Patient and Member consultations as well as monitoring patients’ conditions and wellbeing
- Practice active listening and excellent communication skills with patients, their families and all staff, addressing patient concerns as the highest priority
- Examine patients for illness or injury, plan and provide treatment in the form of medicines and therapies and refer them to specialists if necessary
- Perform clinical examinations and Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses/ailments
- Occasionally providing emergency care to someone who comes in with a life-threatening condition - until further help arrives
- See screening plan patients including writing discharge report
- Collaboration with all teams involved (nurses/nutrition/gym/MRI/medical administration)
- Participate in educational talks for members/patients and staff and educate medical team
- Refer into all services offered in the clinic
- Expert in field of medicine and in alternative medicine and holistic medicine
- Expert/Interest in various fasting techniques especially FX Mayr
- Proven management, organizational and planning ability
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of understanding of medical requirements in the UK and CQC requirements.
- Understanding of Medical Insurance system in the UK
- Effective communication with patients, consultants, insurance companies and department heads
- Interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Maintain accurate patient records on in house systems in accordance with company policy
- High level of computer literacy and ability to adapt to various medical systems
- Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and effectively and be adaptable to challenges
- Refer upwards for appropriate guidance/authorization in accordance with internal control procedures
- Liaison with other Lanserhof doctors at other resorts as well within the facility
- Impeccable presentation skills as a way of enhancing the success of the facility
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as networking skills
