The Park Warden should possess the following attributes:
- A high level of inter-personal skills
- The ability to problem-solve
- Be self-motivated and positive attitude
- The ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
- Hold a full clean driving licence
- Keep detailed records of works completed
- Good communication skills
Previous experience of work on a caravan park or within a maintenance role would be advantageous although not essential.
This role will require a practical person with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative. They will display competency over a wide range of disciplines whilst demonstrating a flexible attitude and ‘hands on’ approach.
General maintenance, to include a basic knowledge in:
- Plumbing
- Heating
- Electrics
- Tiling
- Carpentry
This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week, and will require evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work.
