We are seeking a Park Warden to join us at Tan Rallt holiday Home Park.
Your key responsibilities will include:
·Maintaining a security presence at all times in order to create a safe and secure environment for all visitors on park.
·Responding to all emergency calls and support appropriately.
·Having an onsite presence at all times, being vigilant, proactive and responsive.
·Supporting the housekeeping and reception teams when required.
-Deal with a variety of customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
·Monitoring the complex during the evening.
·Overseeing the effective closing of the complex every evening ensuring that safety and customer services are maintained.
·To conduct hourly checks throughout the park to ensure that standards are maintained, noise levels are being adhered to, barbeques are off ground and safe and guests are adhering to park rules.
·To ensure that complaints are dealt with or escalated as appropriate.
The successful Person will:
·Have wide experience in customer service.
·Ideally have experience of conflict resolution.
·Have strong communicating and influencing skills.
·Have experience of working successfully as part of a wider team
Work Rota - 4 shifts on / 4 shifts off
