The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Assistant to join its team at Ulster Museum Café based in Belfast.
Working Pattern:
- 20 hours per week.
- Tuesday to Sunday
- 09:00- 5:30
- Various Shift Patterns - Option to be Flexible

The Role:
- Ensuring the service achieves maximum efficiency, always achieving a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Till Operation
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Restocking Drinks and Confectionary
- Ensuring all HACCP, Food Safety and Health & Safety Legislation requirements are always adhered to.
- Ensuring tables and areas are kept clean and tidy
The Person:
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Previous experience working in a hospitality role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with issues as they arise, and contribute in all areas of service
- The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
- To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity
