An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and ambitious financial services company. We are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to provide support to our team of advisers. Please note this is a Full Time position, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Immediate Start Available.
Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
- A good work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team or on their own, using initiative
- Highly organised & methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with figures
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and helpful telephone manner
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure if required
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the preparation of client files/onboarding admin for new clients
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
- Making outgoing calls to insurance companies to obtain client valuations and information when required (from time to time)
- Putting together client valuations and inputting these on to Excel spreadsheets
