To be responsible for the delivery of all site operations at Gravity Trampoline Park - Luton, ensuring that operational plans are developed and implemented to achieve and exceed the sites Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s). To lead, develop and inspire the team to drive efficiencies and ensure all areas exceed guest expectations in line with Gravity’s Mission, Vision and Values
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the site, while completing the relevant checks;
- Managing the daily operation aspects of the park;
- Effective management of the sites P&L, with a focus on EBITDA;
- Working to achieve the set KPIs, including wage ratio, site audit and accident ratings, ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met;
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, Company policies and procedures in relation to Health and Safety and industry standard guidelines;
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating the team to show a commitment to the culture and values of Gravity;
- Creating and management of staff rotas;
- Dealing effectively and efficiently with customer complaints following the Company’s guidelines and best practices;
- Liaising with the Site Operations Manager, Area Manager and the HR department regarding recruitment and employee relations issues.

Qualifications & Training
· Senior Management Development Programme
· Level 3 Food Hygiene
· Level 3 First Aid at Work
Experience
· 2-4 years proven operational leadership in a customer-facing business, managing diverse teams.
· A proven track record of attracting new customers and delivering consistently good guest experiences.
· Experience of managing a P&L, including financial sales budgets and stock control.
· A demonstrable track record of recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
Qualities and Attitude
· Must be extremely motivated and possess strong leadership skills.
· Able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and vary their leadership style to suit the situation and the individual.
· Able to influence and work collaboratively at all levels across the business.
· Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.
· Proactive organisational and time management skills.

Product Knowledge/IT Packages
· Computer literate and can competently use Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
· Knowledge of Health and Safety, Food and Consumer legislation and regulations.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
