An opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire's Legal Department as a paralegal officer.
The post is in the Adult Social Care, Education and Employment Team. The Team is part of Legal, Governance and Registrars and deals with a wide range of issues from advising social workers in relation to duties under Community Care Legislation, to advising colleagues in relation to Employment Tribunal claims, as well as advising schools on a day to day basis and inhouse services in respect of special educational needs.

Experience of working in a legal environment is essential.
