Job description
Maddox Legal is a new and dynamic City law firm specialising in:-
cross-border capital markets and corporate work including debt and equity listings on UK and overseas exchanges;
high-value commercial litigation; and
insolvency / business recovery,
across all sectors.
We are looking for a paralegal to assist with a variety of matters including legal due diligence projects, drafting verification notes and collating verification bundles, drafting various ancillary documents and also general office administration.
Ideal candidates will be graduates, will have completed the LPC and will have have at least 12 months of similar practical experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
