Conveyancing Paralegal – Portsmouth – Up to £25,000

If you’re an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, looking role a role to join an established and successful law firm, this is the next step for you!

You’ll be situated in a delightful listed building, only a 5 minute walk from the sea, shops and restaurants, and will even be provided with onsite parking.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with fee earning work undertaken by colleagues (especially when colleagues are absent from the office)
• Assisting with the training of Legal Administrator
• Providing constant updates to clients on matters
• Dealing with any queries raised by clients on matters
• Preparing and amending legal documents
• Preparing and amending letters
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Legal research
• Representing clients in court
• Complying with ML Regulations and all other relevant rules, regulations and legislation

What you will have

• At least 3 years previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• A good understanding of conveyancing
• Previous experience using a case management system is beneficial
