Job Description
Ryder Reid Legal is working with a US law firm to recruit a fluent German speaking Paralegal to join its Competition and Antitrust team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have prior corporate experience as the role will involve preparing closing bibles, managing documents, requesting and reviewing searches and liaising with English and German speaking clients.
