Key Responsibilities:
- Performance management of employees while in training
- Coaching, mentoring, oversight responsibilities of employees while in training both in-person and remote according to program
- Monitoring and auditing employee performance
- Ensuring compliance with training requirements including disciplinary action as necessary
- Assist in identifying training requirements and related programs to assure achievement of local, regional, and corporate objectives
- Assist in the development and maintenance of courses, outlines, and training materials
- Provides technical and procedural support on training subjects and issues
- Provides functional work guidance to temporary instructors and may provide functional guidance to permanent instructors
- Conducts classroom observations and assists in instructor development
- Requires international and domestic travel up to 75%
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Airport Operations Ramp experience
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Education or comparable work experience
- Existing instruction/facilitation skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Flexible approach to training for operational needs and hours
- This may include a.m./p.m. shift, weekends, and holidays as required by the operation – lieu time is given to cover any extenuating schedules
