Family Paralegal
Weymouth
Salary depending on experience.
We are recruiting for a family paralegal to join our clients well established firm in the heart of Weymouth. You will be providing support to fee earners throughout childcare/family matters from instruction through to completion.
This is a full time in office role with no hybrid working and the candidate must have experience as a legal assistant/paralegal in family law. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience.
Duties include:
- Drafting correspondence
- Liaising with fee earners, clients and third parties
- Providing excellent customer service
- Opening files and taking instructions
- Drafting legal documents
- Preparing court bundles
- Dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone
About you:
- Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in family law as a paralegal
- Experience of children and family matters
- You must have excellent communication skills as well as IT literate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
