This position offers a fixed-term contract for maternity cover and requires a commitment of 2 days per week.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our prestigious team, located at either our London office in South Quay or our headquarters in Weybridge. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing invaluable support to our Employment Law team, focusing on employment tribunal claims and related litigation within ISS UK Limited and its operating companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting senior members of the team with case and general administration
- Reviewing claims, identifying and organising relevant documents
- Preparing document bundles and indexes
- Assisting in drafting responses and witness statements
- Maintaining high professional standards of conduct and appearance
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with individuals at all levels, including senior management
- Proficiency in IT skills
- Law degree, Legal Executive qualification or CIPD qualified. (desired)
