We are looking for a talented Paralegal to join our Lifestyle & Estate Planning team in Reading.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join our Lifetime and Estate Planning team in Reading. If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly and high-performing team, then this is the job for you.
Our Legal 500 ranked team is headed up by Partner, Sarah Phillips who has recently been recognised in Chambers & Partners High Net Worth 2023 as a leading individual. You will need to have the confidence to work on your own initiative right from the very beginning; however, you will have excellent support to make sure you fully flourish in your new role.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
Working as a Paralegal, you will provide day to day support and assistance to the fee earners in relation to the team's clients and caseloads. You will be confident processing client work allocated to you by your supervisor, managing day-to-day cases and drafting standard documents.
You will be able to work quickly and accurately whilst also always giving excellent client care. Given the nature of the role, it is essential that you are an exceptional and confident communicator as you will work as part of this highly respected team to assist clients and the firm’s trust corporation to the highest standard.

About You
- Previous Paralegal experience
- Confidence in speaking with existing and potential clients
- Experience in dealing with Wills, Probates and Powers of Attorney would be ideal but not essential as full training will be given
- Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do approach
