Overview
- Due Diligence of legal documents relating to corporate and financial transactions.
- Creating and managing data rooms.
- Completion work including DocuSign.
- Drafting legal documents using precedents.
- Amending and redacting legal documents.
- Preparing bibles and drafting indices.
- Working closely with Reed Smith fee earners to provide general, ad hoc support under instruction.
- Identifying opportunities to improve legal processes and articulating the case for making the change.
- Ensuring the quick and efficient delivery of work to meet strict deadlines.
- Working flexibly and actively seeking opportunities to learn new legal processes including working with legal technology.

Experience/Skills/Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in standard MS Office applications
- Interest in delivering legal services, continuous improvement and working with
- technology
- Languages highly desirable (particularly fluent French, German, Spanish and Russian)

- Attend internal training and external training as and when required.
- Contribute freely and creatively to business improvement projects.
