We are seeing a passionate CRM Specialist join our FullFibre team at this early stage in our growth story.
As our CRM Specialist, you’ll have a proven history of ensuring: CRM systems (Salesforce) are correctly configured; data integrity and the planning and execution of customer touchpoints to drive engagement, customer loyalty and sales. This role is more than marketing automation, data and delivering process efficiencies. As a key part of the Marketing team, you’ll also work alongside our campaign and performance marketing team to design customer journeys to support wider marketing campaigns.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting:
- Design and implement targeted communication campaigns to support the business as our infrastructure-build program transition through the different stages of customer acquisition.
- Ensure all CRM activities meet agreed targets and balance ROI with growth trajectories.
- Map out and forecast different customer journeys to ensure they deliver the right message and the right experience to maintain engagement.
- Forecast monthly performance to support growth trajectories.
- Present plans to the Head of Marketing for approval and take ownership to deliver within budget once approved.
BAU & Campaign Management:
- Working with colleagues and agency partners to ensure we identify opportunities to collect data and build our audience size and work with them to optimise this approach.
- Liaising with our Campaign Lead to ideate and develop strategic and tactical campaigns across CRM touchpoints and appropriate channels.
- Working collaboratively with our creative teams to set and plan asset requirements to support activity while ensuring suitable customer journeys are created and measurement is in place for reporting.
- In partnership with the Communication Manager, develop and design a suitable content strategy that takes customers on personalised journeys that build brand authority and move the customer through the sales process.
- Own the online customer journeys to ensure marketing activity and paid-for activity are aligned and integrated across our digital touchpoints.
Budgeting:
- Review and optimise our comms performance to leverage performance differences, ensuring recommendations are based on results, data and insight.
- Manage and present monthly performance reviews and ensure all activity is recorded and accounted for in line with accounting principles.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Significant experience in CRM
- Experience working on nurturing and acquisition marketing techniques in a B2C environment
- Technical knowledge of automation and CRM systems including Salesforce
- A commercial approach with the ability to balance the brand and the needs of the customer.
- Excellent organisational skills
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Relevant marketing qualification or degree (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage own time and priorities
- A team player and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
