Paralegal Dispute resolution Liverpool
We are currently looking to recruit a paralegal into our Dispute Resolution team in our Liverpool Office.
The team act in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation claims relating to contractual disputes. This includes a wide range of consumer and commercial litigation including commercial contract disputes, professional negligence, and claims under the Consumer Rights Act. The team also acts for clients who are referred by legal expenses insurers.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain wide experience of litigated civil and commercial claims. The team has a track record of developing paralegals and helping them to qualify into newly qualified solicitor roles.
The paralegals assist senior solicitors on all claims from small claims to complex and high value claims in both the County Court and High Court. They support multiple solicitors within the team and assist them in progressing their caseload.
Our paralegals also be responsible for maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement.
We are keen to attract passionate people with solid experience of the civil litigation process relating to claims in the small, fast and multi-track. As well as excellent communication skills-both written and verbal- an understanding of contractual disputes including debt recovery, commercial litigation and professional negligence would be highly desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the desire to deliver a high standard of customer service are key.
