Painter & Decorator
Permanent – Up to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience – Plus company van & fuel card & overtime
Full time – 42.5hrs per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as a Painter and Decorator. Based in Exeter.
What the role involves
This role will require you to carry out damp and mould treatment to ECC properties and all aspects of painting and decorating work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment to a high standard in accordance with Safety Regulations.

About you
We are looking for an experienced painter & decorator to join our rapidly expanding team, to work within a busy environment. You will be working on individual jobs, going from job to job to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.
This role will require you to carry out all aspects of painting and decorating work including hanging wallpaper, general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment to a high standard in accordance with Safety Regulations. You will be required to have previous painter and decorator experience ideally along with Damp and Mould knowledge. You will need to have a full UK driving license and be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.

- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Other trade experience would be ideal
- Team player
- Ideally domestic or social housing experience
