Job Description
The Role
As the Social Specialist, you will sit within our Media Success team, working alongside paid social teams with some of our biggest clients.
You will be core in supporting our delivery teams from the quality assurance perspective, ensuring that clients/teams are compliant with the latest best practices to help grow these accounts and achieve set objectives.
You will be the go-to person for our paid social delivery team as well as key clients, providing support with overcoming technical challenges and troubleshooting performance issues. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing paid social quality assurance as well as learning and development, both internally and externally. While the main focus is on Paid Social, you will also get the opportunity to expand your knowledge further and learn how all channels work collectively with a joined-up strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting delivery teams with troubleshooting existing performance and technical issues (e.g. tracking)
- Developing paid social audit proposition including quality assurance processes and tools to ensure compliance with best practices where possible whilst executing regular audits of existing paid social activity.
- Supporting the sales team throughout the proposal process with paid social audits and forecasts feeding into proposed strategies.
- Developing and strengthening our relationship with major Social Media Platforms.
- Supporting delivery teams with troubleshooting existing performance and technical issues (e.g. tracking)
- Developing best practice collateral taking into account most recent industry changes or platform updates
- Working with Data Solutions team on developing paid social reporting capabilities
Key skills
- Experience managing brand and direct response paid social campaigns across range of paid social platforms.
- You possess a thorough understanding of all elements of key paid social platforms including measurement, attribution & have strong ethos of using best practice approaches across campaigns.
- You are able to provide creative and strategic guidance to both clients and creative agencies to help us deliver against the objectives.
- You have experience and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different Social Media Platforms for advertisers.
- You have strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, the ability and willingness to identify the root causes of the problem and troubleshooting skills.
