Job Summary/Objective:
Office Based Role. Responsible for helping customers with complaints and questions, and giving customers information
about products and services as well as taking orders, and processing returns.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Enter all orders that come in via telephone, email or other proactive sales team members

Qualifications/Experience required:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Customer Support role
Remuneration & benefits
- £25K - £30K depending on experience
- 29 Days Including Bank Holidays
