The Role

Paid Social Media is at the heart of what we do. It not only acts as a performance channel for clients but also supports cutting edge influencer and integrated organic social campaigns. As such, the successful applicant will live and breathe social media, keeping up to date with the latest trends and product releases.

Experience of managing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok are required, but an understanding of wider paid social platforms such as Snap, Twitter & YouTube would be desirable. You’ll be responsible for devising and executing cross-platform strategies for our clients. With this, being able to multitask and having attention to detail is a must.

A large part of the role will be client facing, delivering regular performance & strategy calls alongside the wider team. The ability to confidently present to clients with conviction is a key skill required for this role.


The successful applicant will be responsible for;

Supporting the development of cross-platform strategies for clients

Owning and executing daily campaign builds, optimisations and reporting

Budget pacing and management

Forecasting campaign performance and ensuring delivery

Liaising with Influencer and Organic Social teams to devise integrated campaigns

Day to day client management

Escalating issues and opportunities to manager


And will be able to demonstrate previous experience of;

Minimum 1+ years experience of Paid Social Media (agency or in-house)


Managing accounts in Meta & TikTok


Setting budgets, forecasting and budget pacing


Using relevant softwares e.g. Supermetrics, Smartly, Funnel etc.


Leading client calls to deliver performance & strategy updates
