As a Paid Media Manager for this company, you will be responsible for managing and executing campaigns on various eCommerce platforms. You should have a strong understanding of paid media, as well as experience in data analysis and segmentation.
Your role will involve developing paid media plans, building datasets, and analysing consumer behaviour to make adjustments to campaigns. You should have a sharp eye for detail, be numbers driven, and love data. Additionally, you should be proactive and reactive in your approach to work.

Role Specifications
This role will see you supporting the agency's integrated approach to Paid Social, supporting a forward thinking, holistic, seamless and future-facing offer. Managing the team and clients actions to ensure the agency is at the cutting edge of paid media campaign planning, strategy and execution.
- Managing and executing campaigns one Meta and Tiktok.
- Develop the paid media plans in accordance with the product and strategy focus.
- Use product and audience insight to segment and build datasets for each campaign.
- Use data and business intelligence to manage data-flow and send volumes
- Maintain effective internal and external communications to ensure that all relevant departments are up to date on activity, deadlines and outputs from the agency.
- Deploy successful performance campaigns and own their implementation and execution.
- Measure and report on the performance of performance campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and suggest adjustments to campaigns accordingly.
