Passenger Assistants play a key role in ensuring the City Council can meet its statutory and non statutory provision for passengers where it has identified a need for travel assistance. The role holder will be responsible for the safety, welfare and supervision of service users whilst in your care between their designated pick up points and destinations.

About the Candidate

You will be able to communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent customer service skills that reflects the vision, values, aims and objectives of the City Council. The post holder will be able to demonstrate a number of skills, including planning, organising and analytical skills, but will most importantly be a team player.
