A leading Architectural consultancy are looking to boost the team after the result of some recent wins. They have a mix of schemes across retail, banking, education and residential and are now looking for a Junior Architectural Technician or an Architectural Assistant Part I.
You will be working alongside a Senior Technician and Head of Architecture contributing with floor plans, working drawings and putting drawing packs together in AutoCAD. This is a really rewarding post for a graduate or junior individual where you will attend site visits and communicating with internal and external consultants. You will also be responsible for the condition surveys and scope of work and you dont have to have previous experience although some would be advantageous.
We are looking to hear from graduates who have a good knowledge of the construction legislations and are literate with REVIT or AutoCAD . You will have an eye for detail and hold a UK driving licence.
