Join us as a Paid Media Executive
- This is an opportunity to join a talented team, where you’ll be collaborating with marketing leaders, subject matter experts, and other creative professionals
- You’ll be supporting our online content marketing initiatives and you'll be responsible for paid media based deliverables
- Your work will play an important part in driving our brand awareness and helping us to meet our marketing business goals
- This role is available for a period of 12 months
What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of paid media campaigns for business and talent attraction, working in conjunction with our media and buying agencies, and other third parties. Beyond paid media strategy, you’ll also be supporting budget management and identifying trends and insights, optimising investment and performance based on insights. You'll also work collaboratively with our Digital, Campaign, and Content teams to ensure collective and cohesive attraction execution.
As well as this, you'll:
Work with other channel leads to support a robust process and communications strategy- Nurture our talent communities to build active, engaged, and relevant pipelines to drive down cost and be ready to meet the future skills and location needs for our businesses
- Measure and report the performance of all media campaigns, and assess against ROI and KPIs
- Identify trends and insights from data and measurement frameworks and use those to inform performance and budget optimisation on a continual basis
- Contribute to channel and distribution plans for campaigns
- Manage paid media and buying agency partners with support from our Channel Manager
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with significant experience in developing and delivering paid media campaigns. You’ll have good communication skills, as you’ll need to manage relationships with external suppliers of communications-related services.
Along with the ability to deliver programme milestones on time and against challenging deadlines, you'll hold active certificates for AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Display Advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising and Google Analytics.
You’ll also need:
- Experience in digital marketing account management
- An in-depth knowledge and experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Google Search, and Programmatic platforms
- The ability to analyse campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of attribution models and the ability to guide stakeholders on what works best for them as a business
- A good understanding of wider marketing principles
- An understanding of user journeys and how to influence them through paid campaigns while implementing effective marketing messaging at all stages of the funnel
