National Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Warrington as a National Account Manager working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

As a National Account Manager at Certas Energy you will maximise sales opportunities and customer experience using a combination of consultative selling, strong account management, up / cross selling and development of existing customer base. You will need to use a combination of account management and negotiation skills to increase margin across your customer portfolio. Working in a quality-focused environment where we strive to exceed customer expectations by team-working, professional interaction and effective communication. You will be responsible for account management, retention and development of an existing and growing customer portfolio within the National Accounts customer database of circa 500 blue chip companies. You will plan and develop commercial activity plans with a key focus on maximising profitability, controlled and developed sustainable growth, and delivery of set targets through existing customer base.
