Job Overview: MUV is seeking a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our paid social media campaigns on Meta, analysing Google Ads accounts and data, implementing AI technology to improve campaign performance, and working closely with ad creatives, audiences, and data to drive results.

The candidate should have a strong track record of success with Meta ads and some exposure to Google Ads, and at least 2 years of marketing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns on Meta that align with our marketing objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage and analyse Google Ads accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use AI technology and data to optimise campaigns, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Work to develop ad creatives that resonate with our target audiences and meet our marketing objectives.
  • Analyse audience insights, monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance, reach, and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns on Meta, and some experience with Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to optimise campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in advertising.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets effectively.
