** WE’RE HIRING… and looking for a Packing Facilitator at our growing e-commerce business based in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire**
About the role
Employment type: Part-time, 8 hours per week on Mondays (with the potential to take on additional hours in the near future)
Reporting to: Founder & CEO
Salary: £10-12 per hour
The opportunity
I am looking for a confident and motivated individual to help out with the operational side of our small e-commerce business based in Bradford on Avon. Your role will mainly involve wrapping & packing heavy products, and occasionally assisting with the finishing of our wooden equipment – such as sanding, varnishing or oiling finished items.

Body Mind Fit is a growing e-commerce business in the fitness industry. We design and manufacture a wide range of fitness equipment, based on ancient training practices that build functional strength & condition the body. Our products are mainly made from wood, and are handmade by a number of trusted craftsmen & woodturners, before receiving finishing touches at BMF Headquarters (currently my house!) before being packed & shipped to a global customer base. Your role
- Most of our orders come in over the weekend, so I am predominantly looking for someone who can come in on our busiest packing day of the week (Monday) and pack boxes.
- You will be initially be required to work closely with myself to ensure that orders are packed with care, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Lifting heavy items (our products can weigh from 0.5kg to over 20kg).
- Providing practical assistance with additional manual processes including sanding, oiling & finishing wooden products to a high standard – these are skills that can be quickly taught if you have no prior experience.
- Importantly, I would like to employ a person who is keen to understand the logistical side of our business, with a willingness to learn how to use our shipping platform & processes, to a point where you are able to fulfill orders without my assistance.

- Fully competent in using computers. (essential)
- A desire to understand the logistics, challenges, and key skills connected to the shipping process. (essential)
- Passion, energy and inspiration for health and wellbeing, strength, fitness and environmental sustainability. (preferable)
- Whilst initially I will need assistance with packing, our business is growing fast, and I am hopeful that there will be scope to offer additional work to you in the near future. This could include photography, social media, and producing content for our website if these are avenues and skills you would like to pursue in a professional setting. (desirable)

Job Location
Body Mind Fit is predominantly based in my home in Bradford on Avon (near The George on Woolley Street) but I may occasionally need your help in our workshop located on Trowbridge Road side of town.
