London Hearts is the leading defibrillator charity in the UK, aiming to help and support communities with the provision of life saving heart defibrillators and to teach CPR/Defibrillator skills across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Defibrillators (also known as AEDs - Automatic External Defibrillators) are medical devices that help and support a patient in cardiac arrest. In fact, they are the ONLY devices that can help when someone has a cardiac arrest.
London Hearts Charity are now looking to recruit a dynamic individual with strong customer service skills to fulfil administrative and sales duties for our commercial arm, Defib World in Cardiff.
Defib World is an ecommerce store that supplies a range of quality defibrillators, cabinets, accessories and first aid equipment to help people and businesses face a cardiac emergency in the most effective way.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Answering phone calls to answer queries.
- Ensure sales targets are met
- Use of Royal Mail and Parcel Force delivery systems
- Packing orders
- Taking deliveries and updating stock

Salary: From £18,000.00 per year
