Job Overview
You will provide office administration and booking support service to the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Input and process data in the training database
· Emailing of certification
· Book delegates onto pre-allocated courses
· Collate agendas, course paperwork and training aids on behalf of Instructors
· Match completed course materials, question papers etc
· Provide cover for reception:
Answer and direct calls
Organise and maintain the reception area
Be the first point of contact for all visitors
Sign visitors in and out of the building
Always provide first class customer service
Accept, sort and distribute incoming mail
Prepare outgoing mail
· Undertale general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying etc and additional duties as requested by the Administration Manager
Person Specification
You will be a highly motivated, driven individual with a commitment to getting things done. The client will be at the centre of everything you do, and you will contribute to the growth and success of our business through your skills and experience. You will have:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- The ability to work to strict timescales
- The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
