We're seeking inclusive and committed Packer Flex Warehouse Receivers to join Frito-Lay, where you will be responsible for constructing boxes and packing them full of products you already know and love. We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule. As a Full-Time Packer Flex Warehouse Receiver, you would work between 40-50 hours per week and be eligible to receive full benefits including health insurance, dental and vision, retirement benefits including 401(k) with company contribution, plus more.
It's a physical job! While all are welcome to apply, understand that you will be on your feet the entirety of your shift. Packers are expected to stay on the line until relieved for break. We're seeking individuals who are flexible, committed, and safety-focused.
Here are some of the tasks that you could expect to perform during the workday as a Packer:
- Construct boxes and pack them manually or with the help of automated machines.
- Perform regular quality checks
- Set up lines during a changeover process
- Maintain housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
As a Warehouse Receiver you would be responsible for:
- Unloading raw materials and delivering to production in a timely manner.
- Conducting inventory counts and logging them into an inventory system as needed.
- Collecting raw materials samples and delivering to production based on schedule and type.
- Safely operate a forklift after we provide you training, and you obtain certification.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
- General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned.
