As part of our continued focus on our leadership offering across the site, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Mailroom Team Manager role which will form part of the Leadership Team in Digital Mailroom Operations.
This role offers the opportunity for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to provide effective leadership and line management to a team of c22 – 25 operatives.
Successful applicants will ensure safe working practices in the execution of brilliant client service levels at a competitive commercial rate by continuously achieving against Service Level Agreements for quality and quantity in service delivery.
They will also support their team to deliver great customer service across all the different processes within their client’s portfolio and do it at agreed efficiency levels.
We are looking for individuals with excellent people management skills, including the ability to engage large teams to perform to their best. They are ideal team players that show high levels of people smart acumen, humility and a large appetite to attack opportunities to continuously improve their area and themselves.
