Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Paid Social Manager and external digital agency on driving forward the paid search/social strategies across multiple brands and including display, Spotify, YouTube,
- Working with our external agency to improve the paid search customer journey and ad account structure.
- Develop digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social media.
- Optimise campaigns daily to ensure budgets are invested as effectively as possible, delivering maximum performance and ROI.
- Support the Senior Ecommerce Lead with general website tasks including updates to pricing, content, category pages on the website.
- Produce regular performance reports using tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Data Studio.
- Identify new areas for growth and new channels to test, such as TikTok, YouTube and display etc.
- Copywriting for ads & briefing in assets, working in collaboration with the creative & brand teams.
- Continuously optimising conversion rates, CTR and CPC whilst utilising automation where possible
- Providing weekly, monthly and campaign-specific performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Conducting competitor analysis on a regular basis.
About you:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position within paid search or digital marketing.
- Experience working with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience working with paid social and display channels (including Facebook Ads).
- Creative mindset & enjoys thinking outside of the box.
- A detailed eye.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ambitious and keen to develop within the team and within a company experiencing a strong period of growth.
- Previous aesthetics/beauty experience would be preferred, but not essential.
