The Role

As a crucial member of the warehouse and delivery team, the Delivery Associate will partner with our delivery driver’s to safely transport our products to customers homes while providing superior customer service and addressing customer concerns.

What you will be doing

• Ensuring prompt and courteous service on pickups and deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks with large home appliances, providing minor hook-ups if required
• Inspecting merchandise prior to delivery, reporting any damages immediately
• Participating and comply with all health and safety processes, initiatives, and training to ensure a safe workplace

To be successful in this role you must

• Clear a security check
• Clear a physical fitness assessment
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have the ability to safely maneuver merchandise more than 100lbs (our products are heavy)
• Have a professional appearance
• Enjoy working within a diverse team
• Communicate with internal and external contacts with tact, courtesy, and respect.
• Have flexibility to work 5 days a week, Monday – Saturday
