PA TO CHIEF EDUCATION OFFICER


Location: Central London


Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant (to Chief Education Officer) to join our Administration team, sat within the Group Central Support.


As a member of the central support Administration team in our London headquarters location, we are looking for someone to work alongside the Chief Education Officer.


The Role:

We seek a talented Personal Assistant to:


  • Ensure effective communication and liaison with the Education Team based in Oxford, London and around the globe.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including email communications.
  • Take responsibility for demanding calendar management requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings and events.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, booking venues, equipment and refreshments.
  • Make all travel arrangements including flights, hotel and transport.
  • Collate Education reports for the Executive Committee and the Board.
  • Manage all CEdO expense claims and currency reconciliation.


The Successful Candidate will possess:


  • Qualified to GCSE, ‘A’ level or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Highly proficient with technology. Particularly extensive experience of working with Microsoft packages including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. An excellent knowledge of using contacts and database management is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to working in a fast paced ever changing environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills: Must be a team player, willing to help and be flexible.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, verbally and in writing.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to work on their own initiative, solving problems as necessary.
  • The ability to remain confidential with sensitive information.
  • Gravitas to gain credibility with Senior Management.
