Position Summary
The role is to provide full support to the VP of European Visual Office (EVO) and the EVO team to ensure the smooth running of the day to day in the office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Undertaking administrative research activities
- Translating meeting minutes and summarising reports
- Anticipate problems and recommends a range of solutions
- Schedule business trips, including logistics
- Expense management for day-to-day receipts and following VP’s business travel
- Raising approvals
- Adhoc duties as and when required
- Support office management of EVO team
- Providing support to the team where issues are identified with systems and processes
- Maintenance of office supplies
- Suppliers invoice/legal management
- Suppliers budget review
- Weekly reports, Team day preparations
- Sample management
- Coordinating team events or conferences
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Expense claims of senior management members
Skills and Qualifications
- Korean language skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills
- Problem solving, make decisions and accept responsibility for own actions.
- Autonomy, but also work well as part of a team.
- Very patient and resilient
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work with different cultures and in cross functional teams
- Creative attitude and “Can-do” mentality
- Organised and methodical and have attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Energetic and passionate about the brand and its products
- Able to work well in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
